The Manager Corporate Services heads the department. It is divided into three sections:

Objectives
Provide for all the legal needs of the company
Provide services that lead to the timely and efficient procurement of goods, works nd services
Provide security services that shall safeguard all company resources
Mandate
To identify, formulate and update legal policies and procedures in line with the relevant laws and Government regulations and UETCL corporate objectives.
To identify and implement procurement procedures in line with Company Policy and compliance with National and International Procurement procedures.
Design a plan to secure and provide an independent security function within the Company that will institute security measures across all areas as a service to Management and reviewing them from time
